All in one carpet care was great, fast and painless. The guys were awesome. I hurt my knee that weekend and was able to move non of the stuff from the living room. Guys said no problem they call it light stuff (couch,table ) but it was great that they handled that. Again great customer service very professional. Will definitely give them a call when the dogs forget to open the door and go outside like normal dogs...

I purchased a groupon for $90 for steam cleaning. When I called to arrange an appointment, they explained that the workers will make a recommendation for shampoo and deep cleaning, depending on the condition of the carpet. Steam cleaning is best for maintenance. Since it had been many years since the carpets were cleaned, we added on shampoo and deep cleaning which was an extra $241 for 6 rooms (dining room, family room, 4 bedrooms, hallway). I thought that the price is quite reasonable for the whole house. Diego and one other technician completed the work in approx. one hour and did a fantastic job! Very professional and polite. Made a courtesy call ahead of time and arrived promptly. Takes about 4 hours for carpets to dry afterwards. I believe they can only take cash or check. Will definitely use their services in the future.

All In One Carpet cleaners are the best and most reasonable priced company in the Bay Area. Diego is a great Technician and his partner as well. The equipment is great and they use a truck mount with deep cleaning brushes and hoses to really dig out the oil and dirt. It was a smooth and easy process over all. Exceptional customer service. I recommend All In One to everyone.

The best of the best. I have lived in my condo for over 8 years and have made a family over the past 2. Finally, 6 months ago, my wife suggested to have the carpets cleaned. We called All in one and they did an amazing job for an affordable price. Yesterday, I had to call them again. Not because they did a bad job, but solely because our children run in and out of the house, muddy feet and all. If I could call All in one every month, I would! LoL They gave me a little discount since I have worked with them before and did the job quick and professional as always.

Diego came out from All in One Carpet Care. Gave me a fair price, explained what he recommended and why. My carpets look really nice after he was done. It took about an hour for 2 rooms. The deodorizer that he used is strong smelling. He did tell me that but I didn't that it was going to be a strong as it is. Next time I will ask for"light" deodorizer.

Vince is seriously the best. We have two young children so needless to say our Carpet and chairs take a daily beating. They did our sectional, dining chairs and rocker along with a rug for a very fair price. It was a 4+ hour job and they were meticulous about everything. I highly recommend them!

Tony and Diego were both friendly and upbeat on the phone, and got back to me quickly when I called for a quote. Diego did our carpet cleaning and he was on time and professional, and took the time to explain what my choices were with the carpet cleaning.
Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in a(n embarrassingly) long time, and by the time Diego was finished, the carpets looked new again. Quite impressive.

Called Saturday morning in hopes of getting a cleaning the day of or Sunday. Scheduled a Sunday cleaning between 830-9. I had no idea they weren't open Sunday, which is so nice of them!
I'm in a 1 bedroom apt and really just needed the living room cleaned (which they did dining and bathroom hallway, skipped the bedroom by choice). Initially I was quoted the 45, but I really did need the deep cleaning and was expecting to pay more anyway. It ended up being $125 for everything, which I thought was reasonable. Honestly, people reviewing and crying about them trying to up sale.... this is a business and a small business in fact. People have to make a living, you can kindly decline. No one can force you to pay for additional services. The guy even told me he wouldn't take my money if I wasn't satisfied!
I am very happy with the results and happier to know they have a warranty if some of the stains bleed back up, they'll come back and clean it again.
We had a super high traffic area that was pretty dark and was surprised how clean it turned out. They took their time, actually rubbed in the stain cleaner into the carpet rather than just spray and steam.
They only accept cash and check, so keep that in mind!

Diego just left and I can't believe how good my carpets turned out. I thought my carpet was beyond any help - it was flat, and discolored, and no matter how much I vacuumed it always smelled like dust. But now it is fluffy and revived, and the color is nearly back to its original vibrancy! I'm so glad I opted for the stairs, and got them deep cleaned, they were the ugliest and most noticeable. I have no complaints so far - hopefully it dries well.

1st of all... I called yesterday - & was scheduled an appointment not even 24 hrs in advance .. squeezing me in before my family comes to visit.
2nd. Diego was on time, very professional & helpful & got straight to work. He was in & out of here in no time! Fast, but very detailed worker.
3rd. Diego gave an excellent deal- worked in our budget- even with the added services for a deep clean and pet treatment. Way cheaper than expected, also cheaper than other companies quotes.
4th. The carpets are already almost dry, he didn't leave them soaked that will need a couple days to dry (like a previous bad experience I had with a different company). No bad oder & they feel great!
5th! I definitely recomend Diego @ All in One Carpet Care to make your carpets looking brand new again!

Diego and his buddy stop by the apartment on 2nd floor. The floors were really dirty and a lot of stains from previous renter, he was honest from the very beginning told me it wont come out perfect and i agreed to work with them. Surprisingly enough thry did an amazing job. Im very satisfied with the results and the price was competitively low. the process went smooth just two people but working very effectively and efficiently. Gob well done!

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm on Monday, and at 4:17pm I was still waiting. When I called the number on their page to ask about the cleaning crew's whereabouts, someone picked up, immediately apologized for the delay, and had the cleaning crew call me to confirm address location and ETA. They came within minutes and were very apologetic as they were running behind on schedule. They seem very busy and I see why! They do a good job.
I ended up getting the 'deep cleaning' for an extra cost on my staircase, hallway and two bedrooms due to soil left from the previous tenants who had two cats. They finished the job in about an hour and now all the soil is gone and my carpet looks brand new. Would recommend to my friends and will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.
Review update. Carpet looks very clean after dry, my only complaint is that it took... forever, to dry. The guy said 3-4 hours, it was more like, 3-4 hours + overnight and it was still damp in the morning. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to dry (like 10 hours enough time) when you plan to get your carpets cleaned.

You can't beat the price! $45 for steam cleaning of carpet. I'm a first time customer so I'm not sure if this is an introductory offer or not, but I definitely recommend you try them out. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and on time. And they do a great job! Highly recommend!

I had called All in One carpet care directly. Scheduled an early morning appointment. They were on time. I wanted to just get Steam Cleaning but Diego recommended Deep Cleaning as the carpet had a couple of stains and stairs were high traffic areas. They gave a little discount on the deep cleaning but did a great job. The carpet looks fresh and clean.

I purchased a Livingsocial for steam cleaning and then decided to upgrade my service to the deep cleaning and it was worth it! Initially I didn't like them pushing for the upgrade but they showed me the difference between the steam cleaning and deep on a portion of my carpet and hence I agreed for the upgrade.They didn't waste any time and were in and out very quickly.
